2011 SBYC CHALLENGE CUP RESULTS
Include good competition, good sportsmanship, good fellowship, and good fun! Thanks to Race Comittee par excellence Wayne & Gretchen Bretsch for bringing their well-choreographed and highly perfected race-management skills to SBYC once again. Thanks to Hardcore Henry Willard for chauffering them around in Outbound. Thanks to Mark Mark boat (and Mark Mark Hamilton), and to Big Jim Gannett for manning the Croucher.  Thanks to SBYC member Dedicated Dan Hollands for scoring the races. Thanks to the usual SBYC suspects who turn out to support all the club's events and endeavors, even those Saturday night firebugs. Finally, thanks for the great participants, whose good sportsmanship on the course, and whose courtesy on and off the course, befits the finest traditions of our sport, rewards the work of the hosts, and justifies the transports many of the guests invested to join in the fun.

2010 CENTRALS REGATTA
at SBYC, July 9th - 11th
The Central New York Sailing Association will once again hold it's annual "Centrals Regatta" at Sodus Bay Yacht Club, in cooperation with the Sodus Bay Junior Sailing Association. The CNYSA supports racing for both junior and master levels for small boat classes, including Optimist Prams, Lasers, Lightnings, Ideal 18s, 420s, snipes, etc. Pre-registration begins Friday evening, July 9th, with racing on Satuurday and Sunday.

SBYC 2010 MEMORIAL DAY SERIES RESULTS
SBYCs race fleet was busy over Memorial Day weekend, changing headsails with strong variable winds on Saturday, and moving deliberately through an absolutely gorgeous 10 knots or less Chamber-of-Commerce Sunday.
